State-of-the-art Treatment

At Warren Nursing & Rehab, we take the time to understand the full scope of our patient’s needs. We will inquire about each patient’s current health status to assist us in implementing an appropriate wound care plan. We will inquire about patient health as related to mobility, age, nutrition, continence, and disease which all play an important role in how each patient’s wounds will heal. It is important that our specialized wound care team have the right skilled staff in place to treat the complexity of a patient’s needs and utilize high-quality products to help promote wound healing.

Our wound care programs’ goal is to promote complete healing and prevent the recurrence for each patient’s wound. We manage patients’ wounds by starting with an assessment. We then work with the recommendations for state-of-the-art treatments for bed soars, ulcers, and abnormal skin lesions. Our wound care team also monitors each wound site for signs of infection during rounds. We are qualified and interested in delivering the best care to our patients.
